Shipping Policy

One flat rate, free over $100, and a tracking number on every parcel. Here is how a Cardamomkeep stand travels from us to your counter.

1Shipping costs

The same rate applies wherever we ship. The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after any discount, before taxes.

2Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, our 1-3 day clock starts on the following business day.

3Delivery times

Destination Estimated delivery after dispatch
United States 5-9 business days
Rest of the world 10-20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, weather and customs checks can add a few days.

4Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as your stand leaves us. Tracking sometimes takes a day or two to show movement after the label is created.

5Duties and taxes

Orders going outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient on delivery or before release.

6Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@cardamomkeep.com right away and we'll correct it if the parcel hasn't left. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be re-sent, with the new shipping charged at the flat rate.

7Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
