2What fits
- Hardback and paperback cookbooks up to about 1.5 in thick
- Spiral-bound recipe binders and magazines
- Tablets, including most iPads, and e-readers, in portrait or landscape
- Loose recipe cards and printed pages, held by the page holders
3Counter space
Opened out, the stand needs roughly the footprint of a dinner plate. Set to its most upright angle, it tucks neatly against a backsplash on a narrow counter.
4Care
- Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry straight away.
- Not dishwasher safe; do not soak.
- Keep away from direct heat, burners and oven vents.
- A drop of food-safe mineral oil on the bare bamboo edges now and then keeps them looking fresh.
