Cardamomkeep uses personal information to take your order, get your stand to you and run a small online shop sensibly. We don't sell it or rent it to anyone. This card sets out exactly what we collect and who helps us handle it.

1Who is responsible

WINGLUNG TECHNOLOGY HONGKONG CO., LIMITED operates Cardamomkeep and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions go to info@cardamomkeep.com.

2What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, what you bought and when.
• Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We see only a confirmation and limited information such as the card type and last four digits, never the full card number.
• Messages: anything you write to us by email, including your address and the content of the message.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to sign up.
• Device and browsing data: IP address, browser type, device, approximate location, pages you view and how you arrived, gathered through cookies and similar tools.

3How we use it

• To process, pack, ship and track your order, and to send order and delivery emails.
• To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
• To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure.
• To see which designs and pages people find useful, so we can improve the shop.
• To send our newsletter and, where permitted, to show you Cardamomkeep ads on other sites and apps.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving a small business, your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies) and our legal obligations.

4The companies that help us

We share only what each partner needs to do its job:

• Shopify hosts our store, checkout and order records. Shopify's own privacy policy explains how it handles data.
• Our payment processor, Shopify Payments and the card networks, along with PayPal or other wallets if you choose them, handles your payment details securely.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we use the Meta pixel to measure our ads and to show Cardamomkeep ads to people who have visited us. It records events such as pages viewed and purchases made.
• Delivery carriers receive your name, address and, where they send tracking updates, your email.
• Email and analytics tools built into or connected with Shopify help us send order emails and understand how the site is used.

We may also share information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or to stop fraud, or with a buyer if our business is ever sold. We never sell your personal information for money.

5Cookies and pixels

Cookies keep your cart working and your checkout secure. We also use analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta pixel, to understand visits and measure campaigns. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and our Your Privacy Choices page explains how to opt out of targeted advertising. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.

6How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to seven years. Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. Emails with us are kept for as long as they're useful for helping you, then deleted.

7Keeping it safe

Our site runs over encrypted HTTPS, payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors, and access to order information is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take sensible care and will tell you if a breach affects you where the law requires it.

8Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to marketing whenever you like. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising; see Your Privacy Choices. Email info@cardamomkeep.com to make any request. We will verify it is you and reply within the time the law allows, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

9International transfers

Our company is based in Hong Kong SAR and our service providers operate in several countries, including the United States. When information moves across borders, we rely on our providers' contractual and security safeguards to protect it.

10Children

This shop is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this card and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
